Thank You for your booking!

What happens next?

You should receive two emails. One confirming your booking and one with your ticket which you can keep on your phone or print out. and keep it safe.  This is important. Please ensure that you have received that email.

What happens if I don’t receive the email?

If you have not received your ticket within 24 hours please check your junk email or SPAM folder to ensure it isn’t there. If you can’t find it please check your PayPal account to ensure your payment was processed correctly and if it did please contact us at [email protected] explaining you didn’t receive your ticket and that your payment went through. We will then be able to find your booking and resend you your ticket.

The event address

The conference is being held at a different location from last year. It is being held in the North West again. You can book any hotel in the area of (Between Manchester and Liverpool)

We will provide direction details and the event address shortly before the event is due to take place to your email address on the ticket. This is for security and safety purposes.

Transportation

We aren’t providing coaches to this years event in order to streamline the start of the conference and so we can spend money on providing catering for all attendees at this years event. Car parking is available at the venue. We will provide links to public transportation and the venue address in ample time before the event if you are travelling on the day or from a hotel. We will also provide contact details in case you need to telephone someone.
